Campbell's completed the acquisition of Snyder's of Hanover and 3 other brands on 26 March 2018 for $6.1 billion, buying from Snyder's-Lance.[1]

Campbell's bought snack maker Snyder's-Lance for $50 per share in cash, roughly doubling the size of its snacks business and moving the company away from its dependence on condensed soup, a category in long-term decline.
