Sensodyne and 7 other brands separation from GSK (2022)

Sensodyne and 7 other brands was separated from GSK as Haleon on 18 July 2022.[1]

GSK demerged its consumer healthcare business as Haleon, listing it in London and New York in July 2022. The business already contained Pfizer's consumer health portfolio, contributed to a joint venture in 2019, which is how Advil and Centrum came to sit alongside Sensodyne and Panadol.
