Ferrero announced the acquisition of Frosted Flakes and 4 other brands on 10 July 2025 for $3.1 billion; the deal is announced.[1]
Ferrero agreed to acquire WK Kellogg Co for $23 per share in cash, which would move the North American rights to Corn Flakes, Frosted Flakes and Rice Krispies to the Italian family-owned group.
