Reckitt acquires Enfamil (2017)
Reckitt completed the acquisition of Enfamil on 15 June 2017 for $17.9 billion, buying from Mead Johnson.[1]
Reckitt Benckiser acquired infant formula maker Mead Johnson Nutrition for $90 a share, its largest deal. The acquisition later required substantial write-downs and Reckitt sold the China infant nutrition business in 2021.
