McCormick acquires French's and Frank's RedHot (2017)

McCormick completed the acquisition of French's and Frank's RedHot on 17 August 2017 for $4.2 billion, buying from Reckitt.[1]

McCormick bought French's mustard and Frank's RedHot from Reckitt Benckiser, which had inherited the food business through Reckitt & Colman and was selling it to fund its purchase of Mead Johnson. It was McCormick's largest acquisition.
