LVMH acquires Tiffany & Co. (2021)
LVMH completed the acquisition of Tiffany & Co. on 7 January 2021 for $15.8 billion, buying from Tiffany & Co. (company).[1]
LVMH acquired Tiffany & Co. for $131.50 a share after renegotiating down from $135 during the pandemic and settling litigation between the parties. It is the largest acquisition in luxury goods.
